May is upon us; the month of novel studies, social studies projects, and learning 3 by 3 multiplication...oh yeah and that thing called Seussical! This month will be busy that's for sure!
This week is Earth Celebration Week at school. Each day there is a challenge to complete at home that is connected to developing sustainable habits. When the activity is completed students must get their parent to sign the box on the chart and bring it back to school for the draw. At the end of the week there will be a draw for three prizes.

Monday: Litter pick-up
Tuesday: Help with the household recycling
Wednesday: ? (can't remember right now...)
Thursday: Reusable containers
Friday; Carpool or ride/walk to school
